Description
Tillandsia chapeuensis is extremely rare in cultivation. They grow in beautiful rosettes with the leaves recurving as they become mature. We originally purchased the seed parents of these plants as chapeuensis var. turriformis but with the way they grow here in San Diego, we think they look more like chapeuensis and less like the Var. turriformis. This may be due to our harder growing culture here, or this plant may be the regular form of chapeuensis, we will let you make that decision as this is the only chapeuensis we have worked with.
