Where’s my package?
Tracking numbers are sent automatically to the email address used in your profile after we generate a shipping label. If you don’t see the email it could be in your spam folder. You may track your package with the carrier you selected at checkout (USPS or UPS). If you have an account you can login and go to my account and click on orders. Your tracking information will be associated with each order after it’s shipped and you will be able to see it in your orders.
How long until my order is delivered?
This is based on many factors. We ship most orders made after 10:00 AM the following day. This doesn’t mean we ship every order made before 10:00 AM the same day or all orders made after, the next day. It’s just an average. We try to get as many orders out same day as humanly possible. We focus on the quality of your order then how fast we can get it to you.
CALIFORNIA, ARIZONA, NEVADA SHIPMENTS: You have the option to use UPS ground. Shipments going to California take 1-2 business days to reach you depending upon your distance from San Diego (San Luis Obispo and south is overnight, one day shipping) . All other UPS ground shipments take 2 days. Do not select ground if It’s freezing.
ALL OTHER STATES: You only have the option of using USPS, the in transit time is 2-4 days with priority and 1-2 with express (most cities and major cities express is a 1 day point). Please be aware of holidays as orders may be delayed. If you order enough hard goods such as cholla, grape trunk, shells, or cork we will automatically send this via the cheapest possible carrier, which will include UPS. When we use UPS it can take up to 7 days to reach you depending upon your distance from San Diego. If you need everything you ordered ASAP and don’t care about saving shipping cost $ please let us know before we ship your order. *NOTE TO EVERYONE ORDERING: These plants are coming from a registered and licensed nursery that is regulated by the USDA. Occasionally the packages are intercepted by the USDA for a random inspection that can delay a package. Also, we’ve noticed significant delays in packages during the busy holiday season so please plan accordingly.
Can I still add products to my current order after I’ve paid?
Email us immediately at email@example.com with a list of products you’d like. Please specify the species, quantities, and SIZE. We’ll send you a separate bill and ship the products once bill is paid. Most likely additional items will be combined to ship all together if possible, unless you specify otherwise or your order has already shipped.
How do I add notes to my order? You will see a place to add order notes below your billing address, or shipping address if it’s different than the billing address on the left side of the page during checkout.
How do I find and pay for extra shipping cost invoices? Log into your account, click orders. From there you will see any outstanding invoices. You can click view to see details but you will have to go back to pay for the invoice. To pay for the invoice, click PAY from the first page before you click view.
